The Vizi series of American DJ has two new members, they are the Vizi Hex Wash7 105W moving head wash lights and the Vizi Q Wash7 280W. Both units offer WiFlY DMX wireless technology and motorized zoom, allowing them to create a beam tuned for mid-air effects.

First up is the Vizi Q Wash7, powered by seven 40W quad-color power LEDs, produces a lot of light output, its red, blue and green LED elements, allow for full color mixing, while the white component means that intense white lighting can be achieved when required.

The Vizi Hex Wash7, meanwhile, incorporates seven 15W HEX LEDs (RGBWA + UV) that allow an extremely wide color palette. The inclusion of an amber-colored LED element means that warm white washes can be achieved for applications such as stage lighting, while the addition of a UV component makes it an ideal accessory for club and EDM events.

Both devices feature variable and smooth electronic zoom, allowing the beam angle to be altered between a thickness of 5 degrees and a uniform extension of 55 degrees.
