Mood Media Corporation has entered into a contract with An Post, Ireland's national postal service provider, to add both audio and video solutions to its store network to provide information and entertainment to its customers.
Mood Media UK & Ireland has been selected among other European companies that also applied for this project. In this way, Mood Media will begin to implement from the beginning of 2011 digital marketing solutions in the 260 points that An Post has in Ireland. The idea is to provide digital content through LCD screens, with 3D graphics. Promotional audio messages will be synchronized with the image channel. News, sport and entertainment will also be offered, which will be updated every day.
"We are delighted to be working with such a prestigious and well-known brand as An Post. This is a great example of how our integrated multimedia solutions can act as an informative, promotional and entertainment tool," explains John Sheehan, Managing Director of Mood Media Ireland.
The LCD screens and audio installed at each point of sale will be linked to a server located in the central office of An Post, so that all the content will be controlled from a single location, via Mood Media.
