Gefen's EXT-UHD600A-12-DS scaler is a compact solution for splitting full-bandwidth audio and video into HDMI 2.0 with HDR for simultaneous use with 4K 600 MHz and 1080p Full HD displays, thanks to its two configurable scalers.
This product supports resolutions up to 4K Cinema-DCI and 4K Ultra HD, with built-in HDR-10 and Dolby Vision capability, EDID management, and audio separation features in a single product to make it easier for integrators to installs that already have 4K and 1080P displays.
Additionally, the climber also descales the HDMI signal audio and emits it as analog L/R audio or 2-channel optical digital audio in LPCM up to 5.1 channels in Bitstream, for a better sound experience in bars, restaurants, even offices.
The small cabinet of the equipment can be securely mounted on most surfaces and hidden away from view. Also, Gefen connectors with HDMI lock ensure secure connections for long-term reliability.
