Colombia. Last Thursday, April nine, InfoComm International held its Regional Round Table in Bogotá in which the owners and managers of the AV companies of the country and the region shared important topics for the industry.
On this occasion, the meeting revolved around the Exceptional Experiences that the Audiovisual Industry must and can offer to end users, understanding these experiences as the experiences obtained by end users through the convergence of space, content and technology in different places such as museums, classrooms, meeting rooms, etc.
Rodrigo Casassus Coke, Senior Director of Development for Latin America and the Caribbean of InfoComm, and Nelson Baumgratz, Country Manager of Brazil of InfoComm, presented some examples of these exceptional experiences and the attendees, for their part, commented on their concerns on the subject and demonstrated their interest in putting into practice everything shared in the meeting.
Likewise, Nelson Baumgratz explained that due to the proximity that the user has with the impactful experience on their own mobile devices, they are demanding a different experience in audiovisual spaces, so the different actors of the AV Industry must be prepared to offer and exceed their expectations.
