DTS appoints Sonygraf as new distributor for Colombia

Colombia. The Italian company DTS took advantage of the development of Tecnomultimedia InfoComm Colombia 2014 to present Sonygraf as its distributor for the Colombian market.

Thomas Taddei, Head of International Sales at DTS commented: "We chose to work with Sonygraf as the company has a deep understanding of the market. It also has a good technical service department, and a perfect product range that fits DTS."

Our distributor has tools that help us grow." Sonygraf has a lightweight infrastructure in terms of human resources, which are responsible for giving life to four business units that they call: AV Integration, Lighting for Entertainment, Architectural Lighting and Technical Service. The Italian executive reported that "the exhibition received, mainly, the good players of the Colombian market. They were very interested in our technological proposals."

Claudia Altamar, CEO of Sonygraf acknowledged that "DTS is an excellent choice in lighting for all those looking for a brand with a three-year extended warranty, good performance, light efficiency, impeccable optics and defined colors. There will be many rental companies, entertainment venues and venues that use lighting for spectacles, which at a reasonable cost, will be able to access the technical advantages provided by DTS luminaires."

"With such a brand, it can be visualized that several rental companies that are emerging today will be strengthened and more and more access doors will be opened to this technology.  DTS has a great recognition in Europe and has countless success stories, among the fixed installations for theaters, coliseums and auditoriums, as well as being the lighting protagonist of many television programs and the preferred one for rental companies. In Latin American countries, it is making its way hand in hand with distributors, who as in the Colombian case with Sonygraf Integradores,  seek to give the market a new option in lighting equipment, "concluded Altamar.

Prior to Infocomm, Sonygraf held two days of seminar, in which visitors were able to learn in depth about the benefits offered by DTS products. These workshops also had the collaboration of MA Lighting. Although Sonygraf is the exclusive distributor of DTS in Colombia, the firm Perfil will continue to market products of Italian origin in the city of Medellín. By 2015, Sonygraf Integradores will offer the market of its country, permanent updates, at least three times in the year, in order that the users of the brand and those who still work with the competition, know the benefits and applications of each series.
