Germany. The technology and production center of the German company Sennheiser, an audio specialist, was built in the north of Germany in Wennebostel, where the production plant and the engineering department will also be located.This new project had an investment of US$19.82 million and began its construction process in 2008. It houses all the manufacturing operations, which were reorganized in order to make the operation more efficient in the future.
The new plant has 440 employees who work within an organized and ergonomic environment that concentrates in one place the work processes, offices, testing areas, mechanical manufacturing, production equipment, technological laboratory and others.
The center is designed in such a way that the processes adapt to the changing needs of the market within a land of 4,200 square meters and a space of 13,500 square meters, in which the workstations can be rearranged to work at maximum capacity during periods of high demand.
