AV integration in university building
End User: Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola - USIL
City: Lima, Peru
Integrator: Telvicom S.A.
The project implemented for the San Ignacio de Loyola University – USIL, combines two important areas of Telvicom, on the one hand professional video, due to the experience in setting up television studios, but this time applied to university teaching with audiovisual solutions for conference spaces. This challenge was important because both spaces had to "talk" technologically speaking. It was a challenge for our company, but not impossible.
The objective of the project was to have a space with cutting-edge technology for podcasts and live broadcasts with the added value of having the demands similar to a TV channel, which is highly beneficial for the students and educators of the university. In addition, the multipurpose room with capacity for 400 people had to be at the height of the aptly named smart building. There, LED screens, stage lighting, video switchers and robotic cameras were the main axes of the solution; this, with the innovative form of video over IP, catapults us as an integrative company that offers high-end technology within the region.
