AAT meets the needs of architects with colors

Brazil. One of the main trends in the audio segment for the professional home is the union of beauty and high performance, making each environment unique and exclusive. According to the Brazilian manufacturer AAT, until a few years ago, when it came to speakers, for example, it was common to think about products that should be hidden for aesthetic reasons. Today, this is no longer the case.

"By providing audio solutions with sophisticated finish, and bringing multiple color options, the market began to show architects, designers and consumers themselves that the speaker can become an elegant decoration, able to harmonize with the aesthetic proposal of each project," said John Yazbek, director of the AAT, a specialized company that invests in this concept. "And here also comes the question of quality: when hidden, speakers can't offer the same audio performance as when they're on display."

According to him, the idea of leaving the equipment visible was so well accepted that, at present, colored speakers, especially the subwoofer, which is responsible for bass reproduction in home theaters, became the company's best-selling product. "We even have a model that can receive the same engraving of the sofa or pillows, something unprecedented in Brazil."

But beauty alone is not enough to attract the attention of consumers in search of audio solutions. You also want high-quality products, with good potency and resources to make your life easier.

An international trend that is starting to gain momentum is wireless solutions that reduce the use of connection cables. This feature is ideal for increasing mobility in the home theater environment, reducing spending reforms. To do this, AAT provides a wireless kit, which allows the direct transport of audio signals to the speakers without cables. "The most interesting thing is that the idea came from market professionals, based on customer reports," Yazbek said.

According to him, this is a great advantage of manufacturers of the domestic industry. "Nothing replaces direct contact with the public and the agility of local manufacturing," he said. "In addition to being more expensive due to the high dollar, the foreign product does not always meet the needs of each country. Already a Brazilian company, like ours, can obtain the same quality of an imported product with the most competitive price."

These types of solutions are what retailers and consumers can find at the AAT stand at TecnoMultimedia InfoComm Brasil 2017, the most important audio, video and home automation event in Brazil, which will be held from May 23 to 25. For more information visit www.tecnomultimedia.com.br
