Spain. Charmex Internacional is the first Spanish audiovisual installation company that has two specialists certified by InfoComm in the CTS General category .
Miquel Tresserras and Félix Iñigo, from the Department of Audiovisual Projects of Charmex, are now in charge of carrying out all the processes related to the most innovative audiovisual installations, following the strictest quality specifications contemplated by the certifications in the CTS General category.
This guarantees that the advice that the audiovisual company is providing to the client rigorously complies with the quality standards required by InfoComm, and that CTS certified professionals provide the most effective approach in audiovisual matters.
Santiago Verdú, CEO of Charmex, said that these are the first of a group of professionals that the company linked to a training plan by InfoComm, to achieve high levels of certification, such as CTS-I Installation and CTS-D Design, within eight months.
"The idea is that the number of CTS will increase more and more in the company and, parallel to this, that all Charmex staff will follow basic training courses in audiovisual matters," said the manager.
For his part, Félix Iñigo said that "most of our distributors do not have an engineering department, so from Charmex we provide them with the expert service that each company requires, so that they can undertake projects that would be practically unattainable for them".
