[Powersoft](https://www.powersoft.com/es) has announced the appointment of Juan Moreno as Director of Distribution Sales for South America. In addition, it appointed Ondrej Sedlacek as Sales Director of Distribution for Central, Eastern and Nordic Europe. Juan Moreno has more than 15 years of experience in the professional audio industry, with a specialization in business development, sales and channel management in Latin America. He has held positions at Shure and Sennheiser, where he developed distribution networks and forged long-term collaborative relationships in the region. During his time at Shure, he supported major international events such as Viña del Mar, Lollapalooza and the Latin Grammys, working closely with distributors, rental companies, system integrators and audio professionals in the live entertainment sector. At Sennheiser, he developed markets with little brand presence, driving significant sales growth through strategic channel expansion. In his new role, Moreno will work with Powersoft's distribution partners in Latin America to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's reach into key vertical markets, such as live entertainment, fixed installations, hospitality, sports venues, and corporate audio and video.
