Latin America. The brands in its portfolio of the representation agency Soluciones Proactive Latin America, focused on technology for the entertainment and events industry, closed 2023 with significant growth.
This was highlighted in conversation with AVI Latin America by its director, Berenice Gutiérrez, who during her participation in NAMM Show 2024 pointed out that "It was a year of a lot of growth. We are very excited because it was a major effort made by all the distributors in all the countries we handle. We handle all of Latin America, from Mexico to Brazil to the Caribbean Islands. It was impressive to see territories that were affected by the issue that had been dragging on from the pandemic, that were able to replenish, that could be updating their staff again, updating stocks, doing more activities. This year, we were really surprised."
He recalled that Mexico was one of the best-performing markets. In part, because they added two new distributors that allowed them to make a different strategy. Other countries with interesting projects were Colombia and Jamaica. In the latter, Martin Audio's solutions were used for some scenes in the film about Bob Marley, which has not yet been released.
Regarding innovations in technology, Berenice Gutiérrez highlighted the recent acquisition made by Martin Adio of the company TiMax, which will allow him to provide immersive audio solutions. Another of the brands in its portfolio, Optimal Audio, presented commercial audio novelties with a very attractive price-quality ratio.
The novelties of these brands and others they also represent, such as Cad Audio and Ashly Audio, were also presented at ISE in Barcelona.
