Latin America. Adrián Moheno was appointed by Hitachi Vantara, a subsidiary of Hitachi, as Director for Mexico and North Latin America (NOLA).
The new manager will be in charge of the Business and Commercial Accounts segments, who will be responsible for strengthening market share in those large organizations where the company has a solid installed capacity.
It will also be responsible for increasing the supply of information and data management services in small and medium-sized enterprises.
Among his functions he will have the responsibility of coordinating the teams in the different countries of the region (Mexico, Colombia and Central American countries) to measure sales efforts, as well as making Hitachi Vantara's portfolio of technological solutions more accessible to organizations of any size.

Adrián Moheno has more than 20 years of professional experience in the IT industry, working in companies such as Huawei, Dell EMC and Deloitte Consulting. As for his academic training, he is an industrial and systems engineer from the Autonomous University of Ciudad Juárez (Mexico), and has an Executive MBA from IPADE Business School, as well as studies in executive programs from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
With his recent addition to Hitachi Vantara, the executive will report to Daniel Scarafia, Regional Director for Latin America, who recognizes in Adrián a person whose practicality will contribute to building long-term relationships with customers, with value propositions focused on the flexibility of computer services and the significant increase in data storage capacity, as is already the case with hybrid cloud management.
"2021 was an excellent year for Latin America, as we have achieved even better results than the years before the pandemic. We grew by 50% compared to last year, and we increased our customer base in all the subregions where we operate," he said.
